CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD strongly recommends that all members – Lenders and Borrowers – read, understand and familiarize themselves with our cancellation & refund policy prior to using any services of SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD. No overseas payment can be made through wire transfer or any other means to our bank account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Since we are incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or document preparation, our guarantee only covers satisfaction issues caused by SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD not changes to your situation or your state of mind. In the event of cancellation of services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same in writing at customercare.nbfc@saveind.in. Cancellation request should be placed within 24 hours of agreement. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as mentioned in the Loan Agreement.
REFUND POLICY
When a payment of fee is made to SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD, the fees paid in advance is retained by SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD in a client account. SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD will earn the fees upon working on a client’s matter. During an engagement, SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD earns fee at different rates and different times depending on the completion of various milestones (e.g. Providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, etc.,). Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature. Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities such as taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. Under any circumstance, SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD shall be liable to refund only up to the fee paid by the client.
Any refunds, if applicable within the purview of our refund policy, will be processed over a period of 2-4 weeks due to Indian banking procedures & all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.” The refund policy is subject to change by SAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES PVT LTD
